When you first log in to your Recruiterbox account you see your dashboard. This is a handy one-stop-shop for viewing the tasks which are pending on you. Easily narrow down your candidate list with the new Application Question Filter

You’ve spent time & effort creating outstanding questions on your application form. Now you can narrow down your Candidates list based on them! How can I add this filter to my candidate list? From the candidates tab, select Add Filter, then Application form questions: Then select your opening, question, and the response you’d like to filter by. Want to filter by more than one question? Rank candidates quickly with the new Job Relevance Score

You publish a job - share it on a few job boards, and suddenly you have too many candidates. While having a lot of candidates is awesome for finding the best fit - it can also be overwhelming as you start screening each one. How can you 'score' the candidates, so you know who are your top picks? Candidate Stars become Favorites

In the past, you've been able to "star" candidates, to help call them out in your list: This function has always symbolized "bookmarking" or flagging the candidate, so that you can return to them quickly. To help clear up the functionality of this feature, we have changed up the look of this marker. Going forward, the Star fuctionality will now look like a bookmark. Staying on top of how long candidates have been in the hiring process helps you to identify bottlenecks in your processes, and make sure that no one falls through the cracks. With the new candidate aging indicator, you can see how long the candidate has spent in each stage, based on a handy marker.
