Great candidates don't wait around. Staying on top of how long candidates have been in the hiring process helps you to identify bottlenecks in your processes, and make sure that no one falls through the cracks.
With the new candidate aging indicator, you can see how long the candidate has spent in each stage, based on a handy marker.
This marker displays inside of their profile:
And on the candidate list:
The marker comes in three colors, to indicate the amount of time the candidate has spent in that particular stage:
Hovering over the marker also displays the exact number of days they have spent in the stage.
You can sort the candidate list to see the candidate's age in the stage in ascending or descending order:
Lastly, you can also filter on the candidate list, by this marker:
