Within the system you can utilize Evaluation Forms to direct feedback in specific areas during the interview process.
With this latest enhancement you can now copy this evaluation form between openings, too!
What is it?
While you are creating an Interview Specific stage within your hiring workflow, you have the option to add a Evaluation Forms.
With this latest enhancement you can now copy these evaluation forms from one opening to another when setting up your hiring workflow on a different opening.
How does it work?
Once you have navigated to your hiring workflow setup within an opening, click on "Setup Evaluation Form" from within any Interview stage:
From here, you'll now see an option for copying this evaluation form from a different opening:
You'll be able to pick which opening you'd like to copy this from, as well as which stage. Once you pick both of these, you'll see a preview of the form:
Clicking "Use this form" copies this form onto this stage of the opening you're working in.
Note - if you have any previous form questions set up, these will be replaced by this form.
Once copied, you are free to edit the form - these edits are for this particular opening and stage only.
