Say what you mean with Customizable Interview Titles

Interviews are a large part of the hiring workflow. They're the step that lets you really get to know your candidate - and allows both of you to evaluate the fit for the role!

Now, you can customize the titles of interviews to reflect your team's processes!

What is it?

In the past, interview titles were pre-created based on the type of interview you created (telephone interview, face to face interview, etc).

With this update, you can edit these titles to reflect your team's processes! Perhaps you do a "First Round" interview, or a "Site Visit Interview" - having clear interview titles will help keep everyone on the same page throughout the hiring process!

How do I use it?

You can edit the interview title when setting up the hiring workflow, or ad-hoc, on individual interviews.

To set this up on the Hiring Workflow:

Pick an opening, and navigate to managing the hiring workflow (Under the "Workflow" tab).

Once there, click the edit button beside your interview stage, to edit the interview template.

Here you can click the edit pencil to edit the title:

This lets you edit the title directly in line:

To edit this ad-hoc when creating an interview in a candidate's profile directly:

Click the edit pencil on the interview invite to edit the interview title:

Now you can edit how this title appears, and then click "Done":

The title you pick will display on the notifications sent to your users, the candidate, as well as in the candidate's timeline:
