We've all been there - you change your focus, or decide on a new way to screen candidates - and suddenly you need to change your application form on some of your existing openings.
In the past you could use the "Copy Details From" option to copy things forward to new openings, but this was not possible for existing openings.
With this latest enhancement you can now easily copy an application form to an existing opening!
What is it?
This new feature allows you to copy an application form to any of your existing openings.
This is handy if you change a few questions, and want to apply it over to other openings, too!
How do I use it?
First, create your new application form in one of your openings.
Next, click on the opening you'd like to copy this application form to and then click on "Customize Application Form" on the right side of of the opening details page.
From here, you'll see the application form you've built previously for this opening. On the right side, you will see "Copy from Another Opening"
- "Search Openings" allows you to pick from any openings you have access to as a user.
- Pick the appropriate opening, and you'll see a preview of the form you'll be adding.
Do note - this will replace the current form entirely.
- Click "Use this form" to confirm the copy, and you'll see the new application questions on the opening.
