Emails with candidates are the bread and butter of your communication during the hiring process. We've made some updates to the design on the "Emails" tab to help you find these messages easier!

What is it

With the new email design, messages inside the "Email" tab are now listed in chronological order, and are grouped by subject.

This makes it easier to find the messages you're after when communicating with a candidate!

In this setup, the newest message is at the bottom of the page. When you click the "Emails" tab, you will be jumped to the newest message automatically. If you click on a blue dot notification from the top of the right side timeline regarding a candidate message, you will be jumped to this message directly.

Why did we make the change?

Previously emails were nested together, making it difficult to see the conversations. They were also in order of latest reply, instead of chronological order. This made it hard to identify the information in the emails concisely and quickly.
