You’ve spent time & effort creating outstanding questions on your application form. Now you can narrow down your Candidates list based on them!
How can I add this filter to my candidate list?
From the candidates tab, select Add Filter, then Application form questions:
Then select your opening, question, and the response you’d like to filter by.
Want to filter by more than one question? No problem! Just select the Add Filter button again to narrow down your list by multiple search criteria.
The filter parameters will change based on the answer type you’ve requested in the application form. For example, if the answer type is a number, you’ll see greater than or less than functions instead of the “is/contains/starts with” options above!
Can I use this for Questionnaires too?
For now, this is based on Application Questions only. If there’s a question you’d like to filter by moving forward, consider adding it to your Application form!
