It's no secret that your team has great talent on it already. Why not let them help pick the future stars as well? With the latest addition of Employee Referrals you can do just that!
What is it?
The Employee Referral setup allows you to designate certain jobs open for employee referrals. You can then generate a special link to these jobs to share with your internal company.
Employees can add their referrals to the system using this link. They can also see the progress of their referrals through the hiring process.
How do I use it?
The employee referral option can be enabled for each opening, under the "Adding Candidates" options
Once enabled, you can share the opening with your colleagues.
Your colleagues can then see openings you have marked for referral, and add candidates to them
They can also see the status of their referrals
Candidates added by employee referral will have "Employee Referral" as their source inside Recruiterbox
