The new Stage Movement report answers a key question - how fast are candidates moving through your stages?
A quick note:
Currently the data in this report is only available for candidates added to the system since January 1, 2016. Our team will continue to work on getting older data available as well.
Why is this important?
Understanding the time candidates spend in each part of your hiring process can help you identify any delays in your workflow. Most importantly, it can help you make changes to improve your candidate experience - because no one wants to be left waiting around!
What is in the report?
Within the report you will see a graph of the average time your candidates spend in each stage. This is broken down by opening.
Hovering over each section of the graph displays the name of the stage as well as the average in days.
You can filter this report to display only particular openings, or a certain time period
