In the past few months we rolled out Interview Stages to allow you to set up preconfigured interview details to tie to particular points in your hiring process.
With this latest enhancement, you can now select these pre-configured interviews regardless of which stage the candidate is in!
What is it?
The interview selector feature allows you to choose other pre-configured interview options from a dropdown at the top of the interview setup page.
How do I use it?
Whenever you click "Schedule Interview" you will have the option to pick from this dropdown.
The choices that display will be the interview setups you have built under your interview stages within your Hiring Workflow.
Once you pick one of the preconfigured interviews, the details will fill in accordingly.
In addition, if the candidate is not in the stage that corresponds with this interview, you'll receive a subtle hint to move them along to this part of the hiring process.
Lastly, you can now clarify with the system if an interview is already scheduled for a candidate.
For example, if I schedule a telephone interview from my pre configured dropdown, and then move the candidate into a Face to Face interview status, I can confirm that I do already have the interview scheduled for the candidate, as well as pick which interview associate to with this step of the process. This allows for clearer candidate statuses during the Interview Stage.
