When you mark an interview as private inside of Recruiterbox, this will now show it as private on your calendar, too!

What is it?

When you are scheduling interviews inside of the system, you are able to mark interviews as "Private." Private interviews only display within Recruiterbox for Super Admins, Job Admins on that Job, and anyone invited to the interview (regardless of their permission level).

Now, when those events sync to your calendar, they will be marked as private on your calendar, too. This keeps the details of the interview from being visible to those in your company who may have access to view your calendar.

How do I use it?

Within Recruiterbox you can mark interviews as private, just as you have before:

When this event syncs to your calendar (the one linked to your email address you log in with), it will be marked as a private event in your particular calendar setup.

Note: This change is for all future events, scheduled after October 3rd, 2017.
