Learn about your team with the Interviewers and Reviewers Report

The new Interviewers and Reviewers report gives you an overview of how your users are performing on Interviews and Reviews.

Why is this important?

A healthy hiring process involves your whole team. Knowing how many interviews or reviews each of your users is doing helps you to know the health of this collaboration.

The ratings they give are also important. Seeing at a glance if anyone has a tendency to always rank candidates very high or very low gives you the opportunity for coaching moments.

In addition, if all of your users are always giving candidates low ranks it may be time to reevaluation your candidate pool and sources!

What is in the report?

First you'll notice there are two tabs - one for Interviewers and one for Reviewers.

You can filter this report by Opening and/or Time Period. If you do, your filter choice is retained as you change between these two tabs

Interviewers Tab

First you'll find a two graphs. The left graph displays the number of interviewers per user. The right graph displays the average time (in minutes) for the user to leave their interview feedback after the interview is over.

Below this you'll see the breakdown per user. This includes:

  • The number of interviews they were invited to
  • The number of evaluations submitted
  • The average time it took the user to submit their interview feedback after the interview was complete
  • The number of each ranking the interviewer has left.

Reviewers Tab

The reviewers tab is similar, with a graph at the top displaying the number of reviews each user has been sent

Below this you'll see the a breakdown by user of:

  • The number of reviews requested of this user
  • The number of reviews submitted
  • The number of each ranking the reviewer has left
