Over the past few weeks we've been working on a redesign for the candidate profile display. Our long term goal is to make this area more meaningful, and help you know what action to take next on the candidate from a quick glance.
What is it?
We have recently added enhancements to display candidate statutes for candidates in pre-configured Interview or Review stages.
Taking the display another step forward, we've redesigned the top of the candidate's profile - to keep everything in easy reach, and in line with the next step of the process.
What does it look like now?
As you explore this new setup, you'll notice the top of the candidate's profile has a sleek new look
On the left side you'll find quick buttons for getting your daily tasks done in a flash!
On the right side of the profile you'll now see the stage the candidate is currently in.
- For any candidate in a preconfigured Interview or Review stage, you will also see the candidate's status, as well as the next action to take on the profile.
- For candidates not in a pre configured Interview or Review stage, you'll see the change stage options here
At the top of the profile, you'll find a box to debrief you on what is happening with the candidate. Use the quick jump buttons to change the candidate's assignee, advance their stage, or move them in to a decisioned status (rejected, hired, etc).
