Knowing why your candidates exit the hiring process is an important metric for leveling up your hiring. The new Candidate End States report helps you to see why candidates are not moving forward, as well as where in the hiring process they are exiting.

What does this report include?

With this report, you can filter based on candidates in End/Decision States (Rejected, Declined Offer, Withdrawn and Archived):

Note - if you do not pick an end/decision state, the default decision state is "Rejected."

You can see the reason picked for moving the candidate in to this end state, as well as the stage they were in the hiring process when this decision was made.

Note - this report replaces the previous "Rejections Report" - the same rejection data is now included in this report.
