One of the most important parts of a great hire is first finding great candidates!
Knowing what sources across the web bring you the stellar finds is an incredibly valuable metric for your team's hiring.
We've given the Source Report an overhaul, and included some intelligent new filter options to make this reporting even easier!
What's new?
Overall Look
First - you'll notice that the report has a spiffy new look, and an easier to read format. We have also adjusted the design of this page to take full advantage of the entire width of your screen.

We've also include custom date filters, for whatever date range you'd like:
Specify Columns Included
In addition to filters, you can drill down and pick which candidates to include in this report. This then populates the columns of the report.
The report also now has a horizontal scroll bar, to allow you to scroll across more columns
Customize "Passed Stage" and "Rejected Stage"
Your hiring practice is completely unique - you can make the source report just as unique, too!
With the new setup you can customize which stage you'd like to see in "Passed Stage" and "Rejected Stage" - to help you know which candidates are getting past a particular step in your process, or which candidates are getting rejected at a particular place.
This helps you know which sources are bringing you the highest quality candidates.
