Knowing where people are in your hiring pipeline is essential - it helps you see if there are sticky points, or bottlenecks in your process.
The Hiring Pipeline Report helps you view your hiring pipeline at a glance. This is a point-in-time report, or, what is happening at this moment.
Organized by opening, you can quickly see where your candidates are in the hiring process, as well as decisioned states.
We've given this report an overhaul, and we're excited to show it to you!
First - you'll notice that the report has a spiffy new look, and an easier to read format. We have also adjusted the design of this page to take full advantage of the entire width of your screen.
This new report contains a large variety of filters, to allow you to narrow down on just the openings you're looking to see. You can click "Add Filter" to filter this report:
We've also included custom date filters, for whatever date range you'd like:
Your hiring practice is completely unique - you can make the source report just as unique, too!
In this new report, you can customize which stage of the hiring process you'd like to sort by, and what order:
See the stages grouped together
In this report, we've named the columns "Stage 1, Stage 2" - etc. This allows you to compare like-for-like openings. For example, openings that have similar stage 1 - (perhaps screening) and similar stage 2 - (perhaps "phone interview") work best in this view.
Check out the funnel view
At the top of this report you can switch over into the funnel view. This helps you view how candidates are progressing through your stages:
You can see the candidates who passed through particular parts of your hiring process:
See the candidate's names, too
Clicking on any of the blue numbers in the report pulls up a list of the candidate's names. From here, you can download these if you wish!
Download to Excel
As always, you can download this report to Excel, to store or edit the data further
