Within Recruiterbox the 'Blue Dot' indicates you have a new interaction with a candidate. This dot is a helpful reminder on the candidate dashboard that you have something new on the profile.
With this latest update, you can toggle candidates back to "Unread" (keeping the blue dot) if you're not ready to follow up on the action now!
What is it?
In the past, once you click on a profile with a blue dot, the blue dot was gone - until you had another new notification!
With the latest profile enhancement, you can now mark candidates as "Unread!"
How do I use it?
Click on any candidate that has a blue (unread) dot beside them.
Within the candidate's profile, you'll see the action that triggered the blue dot at the top of the profile.
Beside this action, select "Mark as Unread" to have the blue dot remain until you enter the profile again.
Why isn't this option on all of my candidates?
The "Mark as Unread" option will only appear when you click on a candidate that has a blue dot appearing currently.
If the candidate was already marked as read when you selected their profile, you can't add back the blue dot.
