So you’ve filtered through your candidates on Recruiterbox and finally found the right person from the job. What next? Get them to sign on the “dotted line” on an offer letter of course! With our new PandaDoc integration, you can do that all without leaving Recruiterbox!

What is it?

Our new connection with PandaDoc allows your team to send offer letters directly from the candidate’s profile.

How do I set it up?

Setup is simple! Any account superuser can get your account connected by following the steps under Settings > Advanced Settings > Apps & Integration.

I'm set up! Now what?

Great! Let's send an offer letter to a candidate!
After enabling the PandaDoc integration under your Settings, you’ll notice an “ADD PANDADOC DOCUMENT” under the Documents section.

Make sure you’re logged in to PandaDoc in the same browsing session as where you are accessing Recruiterbox.

Click on this button and a pop up will let you select a template from your PandaDoc account:

We also include autofilled “tokens” with specific candidate data, to help you fill in your document:

Once your document is ready, just add your recipients and send!
