Our team has been busy adding enhancements to the Recruiterbox reports, and we're excited to share a few of these with you!

Reporting on Archived Openings

Previously archived openings were not included in reporting. We have added these openings and their data to the Recruiterbox reports, to help you get a fuller picture of your data.

Exceptions:

• The Candidate Sources report will not yet contain the archived openings.

• Accounts that are on our older pricing models which bill per opening will not see reporting on archived openings, since, on this pricing model, you are not paying for access to these openings.

For example: you are on a plan which costs a certain amount per opening per month, or a plan that is limited in the number of active openings you can have at a time.

Report Access for more users

Previously, report access for users who were not Super Admins was fairly limited. These users only had access to the Source Report for the openings assigned to them.

With this enhancement, we've opened up the reporting to give access to reports to all user types.

Exceptions:

• Users will only have access to view reports on the openings assigned to them, and the candidates within those openings
• The EEOC and OFCCP reports will remain only accessible to Super Admins
