What is it?
Interview configuration within your hiring workflow allows you to set up designated stages (Phone Interview or Face to Face interview) with set interview details. These interview details will populate each time you create an interview for a candidate in one of these two stages.
How do I set it up?
In order to use these new features you will first need to add one of the new stage types. Click "Add" at the bottom of your hiring workflow list and you'll find a new dropdown, with the option to choose an interview stage.
When creating a new interview stage, you can fill in the pre-filled detail options however you would like, for example:

Once it is set up, how do I use it?
Click on the "New Interview" button for any candidate in one of these stages and the interview details you have set will pre-fill!
What if I don't see this option in my account?
This feature has been rolled out to accounts that have been transitioned to the New Hiring Workflow. If your account has not been transitioned and you'd like to use this feature, please reach out to us for further instructions!
