Send Candidate Messages Through a General Email!

When writing to candidates there are times where a bit of anonymity is desired. Perhaps when rejecting candidates, or when reaching out about certain topics.

With this latest enhancement, we've made sending candidate messages from a general email address simple!

What is it?

With this new feature you can now send candidate messages as an anonymized Recruiterbox email address.

When you are using this feature, the replies to this message will continue to come in through the profile. You will also be notified of the replies, as you are accustomed to as the sender.

The email address that the candidate sees will: careers@"your company name".recruiterbox.com.

How do I use it?

Any time you are writing a candidate message you have the option to switch this sender to the "careers@" sender via a dropdown inside candidate messaging.

This can be done in a new message:

Or when replying to an existing thread:

As the sender of the "careers@" message, you will be notified of the candidate's reply in the system and in your email.

Note: If you choose to reply via your email, the message will come from your Recruiterbox email, not the anonymous email.

What if I have questions?

Always, feel free to reach out to us at any time at support@recruiterbox.com.
