Working with external agencies is a big part of a lot of folks hiring processes. Within Recruiterbox, you can set up your agencies using the External Agency feature.
With the latest enhancement to this feature, managing these users in Recruiterbox is easier than ever!
What changed?
With this latest enhancement, we've made the management of External Agency users a much easier process! You can now assign these agency's to openings without having to visit each of your openings individually.
You can also create agencies from one convenient settings page!
How can I do this?
Any account Super Admin can now edit the External Agencies under Settings > Recruiting Agencies.
From here, you can add a new agency:
Or manage the openings assigned to existing agencies:
Within the agency, you can also deactivate them, or edit their name:
Lastly, you can resend an invite should it get lost:
