Currently when you send an email to a candidate the message is sent from a cryptic email address, such as: careers+f301rs24@demoaccount.recruiterbox.com.
The extra characters in this email address serve a purpose, but they are often confusing for candidates and, in all honesty - they look messy.
Our team has been working hard to release readable email IDs for each account user - and we are ready to role it out to beta testers!
What will the new email addresses look like?
With this upcoming enhancement messages sent to candidates will be sent from email addresses that look like this: yourusername@acmecorp.recruiterbox.com.
This will provide for a more personal touch in the Recruiterbox email id without compromising the privacy of your email inbox.
For example, my own email address in the "demoaccount" would display as: chelsea@demoaccount.recruiterbox.com.
