You ask your team for feedback on candidates because it is important. Now, you can mark particular attributes on candidate feedback forms as required.

How do I set this up?

In any candidate Interview or Review evaluation form, you can select a checkbox to mark feedback on certain attributes as mandatory:

When checked as mandatory, both the thumbs up / down rating and the additional comments are required to be filled in. We denote this with a red star beside that attribute:
