What’s new in this set of reports?
In the new and improved reports module, we have made several significant improvements. In fact, this is a full revamp of the Reports module. Here are the major changes across all Reports:
Full page layout
The reports now occupy the full screen so there is more real estate for data
Uniform layout across all reports
All reports shall have Filters (and other selectors) at the top, a Graph in the middle and the detailed tabular data at the bottom:
Advanced Options for customizing the report view
There are a lot more advanced options available now to customize the report view and select exactly the information you would like to see:
Custom filters to view specific data:
Users can now view data by Opening name, Opening Status, Team, Location and more...
Date Selector with a lot more options:
Users can now look at Candidates in a custom date range. Oh, there are also some quick date ranges built-in:
Ability to select the columns to view in the report:
Users can now select which columns to view in the report
Ability to change the Sort Sequence in the report:
By directly clicking on the column Header, like this:
OR, by selecting the sort sequence:
Deeper insights in the slider view
When the Graph icon is clicked, a sleek slider opens up on the right with more insights (this additional feature is available where applicable):
Clicking on any of the links also opens up the slider with the list of candidates, so it is easy to review the summary information in the report (this additional feature is available where applicable):
Ability to Download/Export to Excel
With all these amazing features, why would someone want to download the information to an Excel?
Well, we all have our reasons. Some folks want to dive deeper with the data, and others just really nerd out over spreadsheets - so on both the base report, as well as the right side slider, users have the ability to download/export as Excel for processing the information offline:
